Default $@*(&)!

Stupid met. I just have to get this out! I started it once and everything went fine until I upped it to 1500. Then I got sick and I stopped. My doctor, being the lovely man that he is basicly called me a pansy and told me to restart. I did, and for the last two weeks I have felt so wonderful My cycles are evening out, I don't have to constantly look for bathrooms, and I finally think that I have control over all of this.

Then yesterday WHAM. Full force s/e with no mercy So here I am. Just kind of feeling like poo. Pardon the pun. I will be brave and ride it out with the help of some immodium but I just felt like ranting a bit and I knew you guys would understand. I feel a little better already

i had a rough transition when i went up to 1500 mgs too. The thing that "saved" me through the adjustment was avoiding high fat/high carb foods, staying well hydrated and taking the 1500 spread out fairly evenly throughout the day. Stick with it. It will get better, but do listen to your body. Best wishes!!!!!!

A hug across the miles..I've been there. It;'s rough starting out, but as Ras mentioned,. diet can be pivotal...my s/e stopped the day I started eating to keep my sugars level (IR diet).

All the best and hope things get better for you soon.

The week I went from 1000 to 1500 was very difficult. I agree that you really need to watch what you eat even closer than usual until you've adjusted. You'll make it.

I agree keep with it. I have to really watch what I eat, but I think the pluses defineately outway the minuses. Lettuce and Chinese are not good for me, and I love both.
