Anyone else get mad abdominal pain near AF.... or even just out of the blue (which found out is due to cysts bursting) that makes me feel like i want to die?... compairable to child birth i swear or atleast begining labor pains!

I experienced this..im on met..didnt get my periods in july,but mid july i had a little spotting..about a week later i woke up with a severe pain on the right side of my stomach,it went frm the right side of my stomach till my back and sides.i pranced about in pain for an hour,when i startd to vomit,DH took me doc and i got a painkiller shot.pity i didnt go to a gyne coz the doc didnt give me much info as to why i had the pain.just said its PCOS/MET related.since then no pain and no periods.

so sorry that you arent feeling well right now. Id also suggest to see your dr, too.

I get horrible pains like this, and my gp thinks that either my ibs is playing up badly, or else i have diverticulitis (sp?) going for testing soon.

Eva - i have mecals divraticuli ... which is dif from Divrticulosis... how ever they are 1/2 the same thing... its a abnormal pocket in your intestines.. then only dif between then 2 is mine grow back!...

Jau - that pretty much the way it feels when a cyst burst that is full of acid... that acid has no where to go so it just rolls around in there untill it is desolved. i have struggle with cysts my whole menstrual life... but wasnt Dx'ed till this mo... i am still wondering why no one caught that b4 now!
