Straight adoption: or you don't want to foster just do straight adoption of kids that have been TPR. this one wondering what it is and if its only certain states?

Ok you can do straight adoption through the state without doing foster care. That basically means the parents rights have already been terminated. Most states have that option if you go through DSS(department of social services). You can call the local agency handles the states adoption contract.
I know where I'm at with the local agency you can do foster care, foster to adopt, or adoption.

Well the wait for a child may vary depending on what you want. In regards to the race and sex of the child. Now if you don't care then it might be not be as long. If you are serious about this I would call and an agency in your city or a surrounding one and see what they require. Good luck.
