kitty if you buy the soap which the one i use all over me is called Throughly clean face wash by dessert essence you can google it and find it on line, ort at trader joes . Then all over where you break out, and down south it feels really fun keeps you feeling very very clean. If you buy the oil the little bottle of oil then use it on spots that flare up or as an astringent. hope that helps

I use the oil and put it on a cotton ball and wipe my whole face & neck with it at least once a day. When I first started using it I was doing it twice a day (morning and night).

Sounds wonderful!!! I like the idea of using it down south--I shave there sometimes it gets irritated. Can you send me a link? We don't have a Trader Joe's around here, I live in a tiny rural town.
