I feel kind of strange for asking about this here but .. If you thought you might have been PG because of symptoms but were not really that late with AF and then started bleeding, is there a way to know if you were actually pg? I was convinced last week I was PG because of various symptoms and DH and I are not using anything. I was sick last week at the sight of food and Iwas really tired and BBs were a bit sensitive. We were on vacation so I said i would test when we came back. Yesterday I woke up with blood on all my clothes and everywhere and really bad cramping. i am still bleeding heavy and there is still clotting. I was exhasuted yesterday and still today but the BB's are more normal and I am not nauseaous anymore. I have not had an AF like this in years. could this have been an early MC?? i was going to call the doctor but I feel a little weird?

a doctor can do blood tests and might be able to tell if your HCG levels had risen they won't have fallen yet. I'd at least give them a call.

After my first pregnancy my husband and I realized there was a chance that I had had a very early miscarriage when we first started TTC...late period, some symptoms that I thought were just weird PMS and then a very heavy clotty period that came late. Once I had experienced early pregnancy though I realized that some of the symptoms I had might have been pregnancy symptoms. Of course by that point there was no way of me knowing at all.
