I don't have my period anymore either, it stopped in December last year and I had it with the help of Provera in Sept...but I am taking Black Cohosh, Cinnamon, Evening Primrose Oil as well as Saw Palmetto and I've been spotting off and on here. I'm sure there are others who can give better advice, but I wanted to let you know you are NOT alone.

Good luck to you!

Hi Tara,

I also have not had my period since stopping the pill back in Dec. I went to a naturopath and I got my period for one of the two months that I was there. She gave me:
Mag bio complex
Gluco-life
The strongest multi they can dispense with heaps of B's
Proxan for the nervous system
Neurocalm for the nerves/stress
and then a mix of all sorts of things in a tonic.

It's best to go to them as they can give you the absolute strongest that you can handle. Usually pharmacy bought herbs/vitamins are a lot lower dosage.

I'm seeing a new naturopath now because my other one has left. She's awesome and will prescribe stuff after some intensive blood tests next week.

Cheers,
Suz
