I'm returning to graduate school at Northern Illinois University in about 2 weeks and I read online that they offer acupressure and massage therapy (YES!) for a nominal fee at the gym. I have read that acupressure is supposed to help with menstrual problems, but was just wondering if anyone has had any personal experience? Much appreciated!

My massage therapist does accupressure, and I have reflexology, which is similar, and they HELP. I never even realized (with the massage) that that was what she was doing, but I read a book about accupressure and where to rub for female problems, and I noticed that it matched what she does. I strongly advise it!!
