Hi, is anyone or has anyone taken ace inhibitors to help with diabetic neuropathy - that is, nerve damage? My DH has to start, and I was wondering if there are any side effects, or what he should expect.

Sorry to go off topic but I couldnt help but notice your from Roswell! Nice to see some one from my town lol. Ok back to topic which im sad to say i cant really help other than I was on an ACE inhibitor for high blood pressure at one time but had to go off of it due to dizzy spells, which actually werent that bad but doc felt if i was having side effects it was best for me not to be on it.

Thanks, Steph for the reply. I'll tell DH to pay attention if he has dizziness.

Yeah, you know there are actually a lot of us from the Atlanta area. It would be nice if someone would arrange a meeting, but I guess they're all like me, not one to take the first step LOL.
