I've heard post partum women say they lost more hair immediately after pregnancy than usual. I have hair loss too (not pregnancy related), and I've started mixing apple cider vinegar in my shampoo. I also drink 1tsp of apple cider vinegar once every 3 days. Apparently, if you drink it daily it is supposed to help, but I cannot stomach it daily.

So far, I can't tell if any hair is growing back, but it has stopped hair loss anyway.

I was going through the same thing from month 2 postpartum and only now about 5 months pp is it starting to quit. But man, it was falling out in handfuls for a while. Its very common in all pp women, not just PCOS girls.

I've been taking mega-doses of biotin at the recommendation of my hairdresser and it seems to be helping. I take the Hair, Skin & Nails formula from GNC two tablets a day.

The hairs you are seeing are they very very fine ie if you have them by your palm you can barely see them ??? if so I would go to a derm as it could indicate shrinkiage of the hair follicle which can be caused by PCOS and in my case male pattern hair loss
