Vitamins, vitamins..
Well I have to say I'm really into vitamins and herbs and helping heal things naturally from the inside and I've tried many many kinds to help with acne. I recently came across something called Longvital a complete multi and herb supplement from Swanson Vitamins and the contents looked really good. It wasn't cheap but I figured I'd try it for a month. Well it's been about 10 days now and my face has cleared up 100% since taking it! This is the only thing that I've changed and what I can attribute to my face clearing up.
