Default acne cysts

Any advice on anything that helps speed the healing time of cystic acne? The only thing that has worked for me is cortisone injections from my dermatologist, but that is not always convenient. I've tried sallicyllic acidl, benzoyl peroxide, sulfur topically, and every spot product on the market, but nothing works, and the cysts stay for weeks, leaving ugly red marks. Has anyone tried anything that has helped with this?

For really bad painful cysts...the best thing to do is keep them clean with cleanser/cold water ..not oozing... dab them with alcohol, then hydrogen peroxide... put a thicker coating of benzoyl peroxide on them than you normally would. Then when that dries...but the antibiotic ointment Polysporin, In the first aid section, yes its greasy, and put it on in a glob, and you wont be able to go out, and do this a couple or more times a day, but it will take the infection out, and make it not scar. ANd do NOT pick or squeeze or handle them!

THere is a topical Cortisone/Antibiotic out on the market now. Can't remember the name... Ask derm about it and get an rx. I have been having ok results with a topical like this that was rx's for my ear over a year ago. I only use it for 5/7 days and it really takes swelling down.
