Default Acne, folliculitis and/or boils

I have it all and am ready for any new suggestions.

I was googling around the other day, but lost what I found... there was a suggestion by a physician to use I think Bactroban cream/ointment in your nose along with another item; apparently staph starts in your nasal passages and reaks havoc throughout your body... therefore the body acne stuff.

I want to suggest this to my dermatologist next time I go. Has anyone successfully treated this long term?

The article that I can't find alluded to the fact that if you kill off the staph bacteria in your nose it will then rid of the rest in your body...

I recently resumed a 3 week treatment of minocycline and they are at bay, but they will come back.
