Smile Acne going away

Just dropping a note for all of you struggling with acne..
I have tried lots of prescription drugs such as Differin, Retin-A, Clindamycin, well you get the picture. None of them really helped me. My acne worsened when I stopped taking BCP, so I was really feeling down about my appearance. I started on a low carb (60 gr/day) diet and my acne began to go away in about 3-4 weeks. First the cysts stopped forming, then the redness started fading. I still have some small red scars but most of my forehead and cheeks are smooth and clear. I just wanted to recommend this. Good luck to everyone.

I have noticed when I don't eat sugar, my face is perfect! That's why it irks me when so called experts say diet has nothing to do acne. Obviously controlling your insulin levels has an effect on some people.
