 acne....how do you take the heat out of it?
the last couple of weeks, i have had a major break out, i never usualy have a problem with acne apart from the odd large spot or 2 around my period, but today my face is actualy stinging i have small spots, large hard ones under the skin. i have just gone and bought a full range of simple skin care products, as i want to try something gentle. I am linking this break out to starting Dianette as before i started it my skin was fine, ( i have now stopped dianette for other reasons, hoping my skin will calm down, but has anyone got any tips on how to take the heat/sting out of it. i feel like my face is on fire.
