Default Acne and ingrown facial hairs

Hello, I have several spots of acne on my face that just won't heal. They are small, but I know they are at places where I usually get stray hairs, so they probably have ingrowns. I am lucky to not have severe breakouts but this has been ongoing for several weeks now, same pimples.

I wash daily with Aveeno cleanser and sometimes I do a little salicylic acid wash instead, trying to clear dead cells. I've tried neosporin to soften the tough skin covering the ingrown hairs, but they still don't make their way out. My question is, how can I get these to come to the surface so the lesions can heal?

Default Tend Skin...

Have you ever tried Tend Skin? My experience has been that it has worked wonders to bring those nasty little ingrown hairs out. I've used tend skin on my chin as well as my binkin line. After a few days on my chin - the hairs popped right out!

That sounds like good stuff. I will have to find some, these ingrown hairs are for the birds!

Strberi, I just looked up Tend Skin. They have a website, and the product is sold other places too. If you have a Sephora in your local mall, they should carry it, it's on their website as well.

I am going to buy a bottle soon. The small one is $20, pricey but if it works, it works!

I bought some on eBay. I think it was $14 including shipping.
