Does anyone else have a problem with acne on the scalp? I have a few spots that seem to produce pimples that dry up, flake off, then come back later. You can't see it through my hair, but it's still kind of gross.

I think I have something similar... What I've noticed that's helped is Neutrogena shampoo for dandruff and soriasis... Not sure how that's spelled. When I use Dove shampoo it seems to cause it...

Ok, thanks Kimberly. I wonder if I'm allergic to stuff in the shampoos I use. I may try the treatment you suggested.
