Post ACNE and Metformin/Help/Question

I have been on Glucophase XR for a month now. Am on 1000mg a day (2 doses of 500mg) what I would like to know...has anyone experienced break-outs MORE on Glucophage than before? It is so maddening. I had a few before....but this is getting ridiculous. The zits are more like hard boils under the skin. Never had this before and they are painful!
I am hoping that it because the meds are changing my body...but I would like to know if someone has experienced this and that it's just not my body doing some freaky thing on it's own!

Thanks
Amy

Default For the first month

Yes, I think my skin did get worse, then over the months (I'm on Spironolactone, too) there was a definite improvement.
