I have had moderate to severe cystic acne, predominantly along my jawline area, for years and years, and NOTHING seemed to help it.
About 6 months ago, I found the regimen at
Acne.org and it really changed my face. I know I sound like an infomercial, but seriously, within 3 days I'd say I noticed about a 40% improvement in my acne. Within a few weeks, I had NO new acne forming. I followed the regimen to the letter for about 6-8 weeks, but I noticed that it worked just fine to simply use the BP (I use Neutrogena On-The-Spot) as directed and skip the moisturizing step. I have noticed that if I skip even one application, I will break out, so you've gotta be very careful not to forget, but even if I DO break out, it is nowhere near as severe and doesn't last as long as it used to. cheap, and I have to be careful not to get much on my shirt collars and to use white pillowcases as it WILL bleach fabrics, but all in all I think that's a VERY small price to pay for clearer skin. I haven't had a significant breakout for the entire past 6 months, and now it's just a matter of waiting for the marks from former breakouts to fade. It really changed my life. I MUST recommend this!
