Default Acne on scalp!

Once in awhile I get some acne on my scalp inside my hairline! How in the world do you clean/get rid of a zit in that region?

Are you using a shampoo, conditioner or products with cones in it? Those always make my scalp break out. Just try and avoid products with dimethicone or other cones in them, it may help.

I get it too sometimes, use Nizoral, it helps get rid of them.

hmm... I'm gonna look for the cones!

I usually use Neutrogena shampoo... but ran out and am using some herbal essences that I had a coupon for... that is probably my problem!
