Ever since i went off Spiro and BCP to try to get pregnant my skin has gotten AWFUL. I have big acne cysts everywhere on my face and neck. I really dont want to look like this for the next 9+ months!

Is there any acne product thats safe to use during pregnancy? I've heard that you're really not supposed to use salicylic acid as well as many prescription acne treatments during the first trimester.

Has anybody had this problem?? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Sorry hun. I didn't use anything and am only now starting to get my face back undercontrol.. My babies just turned 1yo. Some say you're not supposed to use anything while BFing either, that's why it just took so long.

The only thing that has worked to keep my skin clear besides Spiro and BCP is acupuncture/herbs and going dairy free.
