Hi All, I have weird skin, my "T" zone from Dry,Scaly, dandruffy skin ... my cheeks and between eyebrows i have a mild rocesea (?sp) near my jawline its normal. I get pimples al over my face and have like little red bumps (like a rash) on my cheeks and on my chin... my face gets so bad that i get these tiny white pimples filled with what looks like pus .... I have gone to dermatologists and they have given me Elidel...which is the best of all the meds they have given me and still have the above symptoms ... the rest make it worse

maybe you could try applying stronger acne meds where your skin isn't as dry and your skin has more pimples, and then use different stuff for the more sensitive regions. I have very dry skin on my forehead and cheekbones, but my chin, jawline, nose, and lower face regions are very pimply and oily. I am now using Cleania on my entire face, which is good for roseacea and acne but it has sulfur so it is gentle and it doesn't hurt, and I use a pretty strong ance medication called Tazorac on my acne areas which has been causing some reddening since I just started it. I think Elidel is for eczema, do you have that as well as roseacea and acne? It seems like you need something that is gentle enough for your dry parts but it also takes care of the bumps. Look into the sulfur products, they seem to take care of a lot of different things.

thanks i will.... i dont think i have eczema ... I guess they where trying diff things ...and i never went back because i was so discouraged ...they originally thought it was a fungus growing but then they changed it to elidel ...becuase it was burning and making it worse ..

my mom has had rosacea for years now, and recently it got really bad. She was getting the little pimples with pus all over her face into her hairline it was really bad. She went to the derm. and they gave her retin a micro and something else, but it made it worse. she looked it up on the internet and got some info on it, I can't remember exactly what it is, try webmd. But it had those symptoms, and it said take an oral antibiotic like minocycline or doxycycline, and use sulfer based products on your skin, and oil free products. She has been doing the antibiotics for a few weeks and she said it has helped. Good luck!

well its been a week now ... dont know what changed except my HCG level went to ZERO (ectopic..got a shot) and now I got oily hair and oily skin .... :/ now what ?!?!?! I cant stand it anymore ...
