Hi all,

I've been prescribed Actos. I'm not TTC, my two main symptoms I want help with are skin and weight. But I'm worried that some of the info I've ready says that Actos can lead to weight GAIN - I want to see a loss!!!

Anyone had any experience with it?

Advice from cyster much appreciated!

My Dr. switched me from Gluc to Actos due to the abdominal issues. I was on Actos for four weeks and immediately gained weight. I am now back on Gluc and this time around things are going much better.

I've been on actos for 4 months. I started out on a 30mg dosage, it was increased to 45mg 2 months later. I have not lost any weight. I'm concerned that I have gained 5-10 lbs. I am watching what I eat and continue to exercise. Help, anyone?

Additionally, I have to go back to my endo, my periods are coming all too frequently since the increase in dosage.
