Hey you guys i have a q for ya, after 1 month of Actos i had some odd things happend to me and i asked my dr about it and she said i Oed. well i was excited. heck i havent Oed in so long i couldnt even remember what it felt like.... well then the next 2 months nothing like that happend, just the bright red AF is now drifting away. (like there was only 2 hrs of it last month, and icky brown the rest of the days) now my only consern is now it is month 4 and still on actos, and no AF yet, however im not conserned enough to POAS just yet only bc sometimes it doesnt show up till sunday, HOWEVER my question is has this happend to anyone else??? im on yasmine but i know lots of ppl get pg on that. thanks girls

I'm on actos now, just started it though and hoping it will work.. Do you test your bloodsugar? Did it bring it down? How long did it take? I've been on it for a couple of weeks and no change in my blood sugars..

Hi, I've been on Actos for 2 years. My ob started me out on 15mgs, then upped it to 30 after doing some bloodwork to make sure I was ok on it. She said I would probably gain 10 lbs on it when I first started taking it, but I actually lost 15. I also started low carbing at the same time, so that might have helped. I also started ovulating on my own the fourth cycle on it. While I'm not having "normal" 28 day cycles, I am still very pleased.

By-the-way, I NEVER ovulated on Met and I was on it for 2 1/2 years.

I have been on a combination of Met and Actos for over a year now. Within a month, AF was back and regulated. We still haven't gotten pregnant, but it's a step! HTH!
