Question Acupuncture

Hi everyone,

I went for my first acupuncture visit yesterday. She told me I should come 1-2 times/week for at least 3 months. Does this sound reasonable?

Thanks,
Stephanie

Stephanie,

I was told about the same thing. I've been going for about 3 months now, but the first month was primarily for another problem, so I'm only counting it as 2. So far, I've at least got a change in symptoms and hopefully O'd recently. I just had a P4 blood draw today, so I'll know for sure when the results are back. That would be a massive improvement for me. I've had kind of a funny cycle (or 2), but since without any help I usually don't O and have AF about 3-4 times a year, if I'm lucky, I'm happy.

I'd give it at least two full cycles, whatever that is for you.

Good luck.

Oh, I just noticed you're in San Diego. My grandmother is in Chula Vista and looking for a Chinese doctor (mainly herbs, but possibly also acupuncture). Do you mind me asking who you are seeing and how you found her?
