I have a couple of questions about ACV. I bought some Bragg's and started taking it yesterday. I took one tablespoon yesterday morning. This morning I choked down 2 tablespoons. The taste was a little more palatable this morning.

I am feeling like I have thrown up. My mouth has that kind of taste in it. My coffee is having a bad aftertaste with it. Also my stomach is girguling a lot.

Have any of you experienced this? Does it subside after taking it a while? My plan is to finish my bottle before I make any decisions to stop or keep at it.

Ugh, I can't imagine drinking coffee after ACV, makes me want to gag thinking about it.

I take a couple of tablespoons a few minutes before eating, then I drink at least 1 cup water, gargle and then rinse my mouth several times, I don't want the acid eating away the enamel on my teeth. If I drink it and then do not eat I usually sick for quite a while. It took quite some time to develop a taste for it and now I am almost enjoying it.

Well I had 2 tablespoons this morning. I had some water to wash it down, then I had my breakfast. I did not have coffee until I got to work much later.

I am just kinda feeling yucky. I am hoping that it will just take a couple of days to get used to.
