I am so glad I found this place. You all have been so helpful already and I have only been here a day
I found out I had PCOS when I decided to get pg. After a year of trying I went to see a doctor to find out why I wasn't pg yet. With my history of no/sporadic AF and other symptoms she DX PCOS and put me on met. I was PG within the month YEAH!!! I had gestational diabetes and was found to be IR/hypoglycemic. I had a baby girl and new right away I wanted another. I went back on met and lost a few pounds and became pg when my first was 9 months old. Had gestational diabetes again but Successfully had another beautiful girl.
I was told to continue met but my Dr. had to retire very early due to a car wreck injury and I have been without a Dr. for 4 years. I have gained more weight that I ever had on my body.
I was recently DX with A.D.D/Social Anxiety add that to my PCOS/IR/Hypoglycemia and my emotional life is a disaster.
I recently decided to change my life. I am walking, watching what I eat, taking Cinnamon, apple cider vinegar along with some other vitamins. I have been doing this for about a month now and I can see some changes already in the way I think, act and feel. I just ordered some hyponidd after reading about it here and can't wait to add that to help my PCOS.
