Default Adding Saw Palmetto to Spiro...

I've been taking Spironolactone (Aldactone 50mg) for just over two weeks now and I'm liking it so far. However, after reading about Saw Palmetto, I'm now thinking of taking this aswell.
But my question is this, does Saw Palmetto effect Spiro in any way and if so, is it beneficial or not? Will it make Spiro more effective?

If anyone here recommends it, what kind, and what dosage would you recommend? Thanks loads!!

I cant find any interactions between SP and aldactone although I dont think I would be inclined to take both together. Women need a small amount of testosterone in thier bodies. I hope someone else can answer for sure.

I remember seeing that the 2 acted differently so it was possible to take them together, but I can't find the link or links now, I'm sorry!

Also, as I understand it, they don't effect your testosterone, just the active form called DHT by blocking an enzyme that is necessary for the conversion.
