I've expanded the 'thread preview' feature, so when you put your mouse over a thread title, you can see more of it (to decided if you want to open it, or not...)
The max 'thread view' has been shortened...no more 40 threads per page. It's killing the server. Hopefully now that the sever is faster, this function won't be missed, too much.
The sigs will now only appear ONE TIME per page in thread.
Forum Jump is off, while we monitor the server load with SEARCH back on. If the loads stay steady, I'll turn Forum Jump back on.
There's probably some other stuff that I've done, but I can't remember, at the moment.
I haven't had breakfast, and it's 2pm, so I'm running out to grab a bit. Hopefully the database will be ok.
Also, please keep me posted on the SPEED of the board.

Kat - Not sure if avatars are disabled but lots of cysters are having trouble loading avatars. So I just wanted to see if this is something that is turned off.

I normally use the "Search for New Posts" button on the main page. It used to list 25 threads that have been posted on, now it only lists 15. Just wanted to see if that was a new thing
