Question additional meds

i have read where many of you are taking additional meds to induce af and ovulation, such as herbs. what are the best ones to take while taking met. Is there any that will enhance the effects of the met??
thanks for any help you can give.

Sorry I can't answer that question, but I would suggest you ask on the TTC board or pregnancy board. There'd be answers galore there.

I have done alot of research on the net about phytoestrogens there is a forum here called alternative remedies that mention phytoestrogens in soy but i also came across some more apparently alfalfa and clover have the same phytoestrogens as soy and have been used for years to assist with reproduction in live stock . i just started taking alfalfa for another reason but now i will see if it works can hurt i have tried everything else
