Any one adopt from the Phillipines my friend is going to be doing missionary work there in an orphanage and she and I were curious if anyone had any experience with this area.

I looked into it briefly. They really encourage adoption by Phillipinos as opposed to non and can from what I hear make it difficult to discourage non's from applying. Although its been done.
The kids are beautiful and if I had the patience for an adventure we would have attempted it.
Thats amazing of your friend. Someday I hope to do the same when my kids are all growed up
