my partner and i have been ttc for over 12 months and we are thinking of adopting a child is there anyone out there who can tell me how much it will cost to adopt a child.

There are many on-line resources for finding out costs, qualifications, age, race etc of children available for adoption.

My suggestion would be to go to your homepage and type in International Adoption..this should get you the agencies in your area...Also if you are thinking about going domestically your should contact a "childrens aid society" locally. Costs range from "free - $35,000" or more depending on your currency and country, that includes both domestic and international.
So you see how important it is to research research research !!

Hi there Jholden,
You need to contact The Department of Community Development, Family and Childrens Services in your area. They will put you through to the Adoptions section. They will be able to inform you of the procedure and also the approx cost involved to adopt within or outside of Australia. They can even give you a list of each country as they are all different.
