i have 3 year old twin boys....which keep me active, but even that plus a mile to nursery and back twice a day on the drop of and pick up, i still dont seem to be having much success with the weight loss, i am due a weigh in, in a week so will know then but the jeans dont feel much different. also my bp is borderline as ihave just been put on dianette i think that i should start exercising and some more diet tweeking to get lower or stop it going higher.
but where to fit the exercise in, at the moment we dont have a shower just a bath i could get up early in the morning around 6 am before the kids and do exercise then, but then i would need to have a bath ( i usualy have one to unwind at night) or i could do it in the evening when i feel totaly wiped out from the day. if i get up early i will feel even more wiped out. just not sure what to do, i suppose i could try both but who knows
any adivce on what works for you?

hi
well, when my son was little - when he was having a nap i used to do my Rosemary Conely dvd, which seemed to work for me. What's made the biggest difference to me, is stopping eating wheat/dairy.
eva
thats a good plan i could do some while they are at nursery once i have tidyed up. i am also going to try the early morning one and see how it goes i am sure i will get used to it.
i have cut out milk just now using rice or soya milk and the only other dairy i am having is very very low fat so will see how that goes can you get dairy free yoghurts? as i have yoghurt on my fruit in the morning.

Just an idea you say you go a mile to and from nursery so when you drop off the kids why not extend the walk back and do a brisk walk around where you live so it then takes you longer to get back. Then when you get back you will be sweaty and your heart will be beating faster and you've done a good workout. Get a step counter and set a target to do so many steps and try and beat that everytime. Then you've got time for a bath before starting your day.Eat breakfast then to help speed up your metabolism.
