Default Advice needed for Family members, PLEASE HELP!

I need some major advice from my cysters. It is for my brother and sister in law. They are having marriage problems because of rumours about my SIL. At this point all can be proven are rumors as she swears she has been faithful. They have had these issues before, but this time she is different. This time she is trying desperatley to save her marriage, so I am inclined not to believe these rumors. Also the rumors are coming from some pretty bad sources. 1 source being her sister who has major mental issues, and the rest from bums basically. My brother has told me he loves her but he cant let go of these rumors. He is even having nightmares about them. I use to have major issues with her, but for the past few years things have been really great. A few years ago, I would have loved a moment like this, now I am beside myself with anguish because I dont want them to split up. They have 2 kids together and she is the kind of woman who would keep the kids from him and his family, although she swears she would not. So she has been emailing me asking for advice. She has no idea that he talks to me about the issues and she has no idea that I know about them. He is a pretty private type of guy. But she says she want desperatley to stay with him. All of their issues stem from problems with both partners. It is not a 80/20 type of problem, it is 50/50! The biggest issue is her sister. She has done some pretty horrible tings to her, things that would make the Jerry Springer show look normal. But she will not see how her sister is. And I know that her sister is encouraging the anger that they both have towards each other. What advice can I offer her. They have been together for 13 years. He wont see a counsler, that is out of the questions. I have tried to get him to get put on something to help him rest at night and he wont talk about it. They both let outside influences dictate their marriage. Is there any advice I can offer! Please tell me if you have any suggestions, I want to help them so badly! Thanks for the advice~

Can she go to counseling by herself? Some marriage couselors will see just one spouse if they think things can be corrected. Maybe even a minister who does counseling.
