Well, I have tried Mercilon but couldnt get on with it. Raised my bp and weight. But, we're all different, so you may be ok with it 
I take Spiro for the 'hair' I have 100 a day. But I got it off my Endo at the hospital. I also have met - but again that had to be off my endo. All the best for your appointment. Pl let us know how you get on.
