Default Advice on Yaz - sugar pill or not?

Hi just after some advice - I'm quite new to this whole thing.
I'll start with some background info:
Up until last month I hadn't had a period in 2.5years (I was also underweight during this time - I'm now only slightly underweight)
I have slight hirsutism and acne around the chin and jawline.
I went for a scan which showed a cyst but apparently it should go away on its own.

So, I started taking Yaz almost a month ago - mainly just to get rid of acne and get my hormones sorted. I haven't noticed any change in the acne yet but I realise its too soon to tell.

My question is - I have one more pill to take before the 'sugar' pills BUT i got my period last week (am on day 6 of it now) - Would you still take the sugar pills or just skip them and go straight onto the new pack?

Thanks and sorry for the long story!

If you have only started Yaz a month ago, I would go 3 months as 'prescribed' to let your body settle down on them.
For different pills I will get my period on different days of the week, even if I start a new pack on the same day of the week as the old. You don't have to take the sugar pills, but I would start back on the new pack as your would if you had taken the sugar pills (7 days later) just for a month or two at least. Unless of course your doctor says otherwise.
If you keep skipping the sugar pills every month, your body will likely settle down and you may never get a period.
