AF (Aunt Flo) is just what you thought, your period. there's a great sticky in the newbie forum about all the abbreviations. I too had no idea what the heck everyone was talking about when I first joined, but that cleared up my confusion. Hope it helps!
Yes I was confused cause some cysters would use the term AF and in the next sentence they used the term cycle. So that is what led me to confusion and I thought they were two different things. Thank you for the help!! Another thing while you are online I was checking out the natural remedies forum and I have a post in there if you could check it out and give me a reply on your opnion again thanks for your time -Danielle-
