Today I think I passed the tissue. Is this considered AF after words or do I wait for the next cycle? When can I start BCPs? TIA

It's not AF yet, if you've been bleeding continuously. I'm not sure about the BCP question. Please call your doc so you don't miss the right start date!

I think you can start pills as soon as you see real red blood, but every doc probably has a different opinion on this. I'm so sorry you are having to deal with this! At least your physical changes will be over pretty soon so you can concentrate more on your emotional healing. With my early loss, I had what seemed to be a strange AF for about two weeks. I hope it's shorter for you. (((Hugs)))

I put a call in to my OB's nurse. I've had red bleeding on and off for about 2 weeks, which is what prompted me to see my dr after ++hpts. I thought I had passed it yesterday but it appears to still continue today. As if this isn't bad enough, I'm broke out like a teenager and bloated to look 5 months pg, uggggh. I'm reluctant to start BCP but I'd rather do that then go through this again. Thanks for the help again ladies.
