I don't know if there is such a thing as "normal". They do say on average you will get it 4-6 weeks after, but it really depends on when your hormones get back to normal. Did you ever have your HCG levels checked? It is possible that your hormones had been dropping for 4.5 weeks after the baby died and before you found out.
I have had 2 D&C's but I think I have always had it when my hormone levels were at their highest since we found out very shortly after my babies had died (I got weekly ultrasounds). It took over 8 weeks to get AF after my 1st d&c and surprisingly only 6 weeks after the second.
But to answer your question, yes I guess it is possible to get AF 2 weeks after.
