AF after almost 5 years

I started trying to lose wieght back in May of this year mainly I cut back on carbs and it worked I've lost about 20 pounds! Well I don't menstrate because of PCOS and my wacked out hormones I also have hormonal dependacy so its best to not for AF because if its forced I can get real sick once I even landed in the hospital and honestly I can't afford the time off work. So I haven't had a period since the last time it was forced December 2002. In July I moved in with one of my best friends who also has PCOS and is on the pill so she has a strict cycle....after 2 months I started spotting right after her period did this a few months then it stopped. About 2 weeks ago I started getting some crapping and this egg white discharge for a day or 2 and then it went away few days later my boobs started to hurt like someone was beating on them and I started having trouble with the cold big time worse than normal(I have cold intolerance) and then some mild cramping but nothing to make me think anything of it more than yeah right body your not fooling me this time I know better. So Thursday morning I go to work I feel like death warmed over cause I havd yet another cold but something else was just not right but I couldn't figure it out well we were real slow so my boss said go home get some sleep feel better. So I went home got something to eat and after going potty headed to take a nap. After laying there for 20 minutes I had to pee again..irrated I tried to ignore it but after a few headed down stairs and well when I wiped I was shocked! Cause if that was just spotting than that's like a lot more than what I usually get with just spotting...so I took care of it and headed for a nap again. Now I was getting a butterflies feeling down there and granted it doesn't hurt but it tickles and have you ever tried to sleep while your being tickled it is not easy....finally I slept for about 3 hours.

It was real slow the first day....the second though well 2 1/2 hours that is how often I had to go to the bathroom to deal with it....it sucked...but it was just long enough to watch a movie! I can't wear pads as I break out from them my mom got me these depends type underwear to wear to bed so I don't have to get up every 2 1/2 hours. So far I'm not reacting to them.

I never had a period in high school I started in the 5th grade and stopping in the 8th. I had my next period after graduation. it was a little over 4 years....I went for 28 days then stopped for 2 and then for another 8. So I'm expecting this to last about the same. Glad its here finally but gosh am I miserable.

That's great that you got AF to show up! Does midol do any good for you? When I m/ced I was so glad I had some midol handy, it did wonders for me.

I've been taking Pamperin never tried Midal. It seems to be working good I have only cried once from the pain yet.
