Has anyone had a change in their AF after having a M/C or having a baby? I have noticed that my AF is heavier now and more painful. I never used to take any pain medicine or PMS medicine, but now last AF and this one is really heavy and very painful. (on the positive side... At least it's coming every month so I am not complaining I am hoping, but I know (no guarantee) that because AF is coming every month that I am ovulating each month.

My AF became lighter after my M/C. It was weird. My Dr. couldn't offer any explanations. (By the way, I was on BCP but in the past, my AF while on BCPs weren't THAT light compared to the post M/C ones.) I really hope that you are ovulating each month. Do you keep track of your temperatures?

After my first miscarriage, AF disappeared. After I quit bleeding I didn't bleed again until I took progesterone when I started TTC many years later. Since I gave birth to Jamie, AF is back. I haven't been watching it too closely, so I don't know if I'm having regular cycles, but it's definately coming once a month without any help. Weird, huh?
Thanks for the replies. Enits I don't keep track of my temperature, never did I guess I am just lazy but I have noticed that my period comes every month on schedule but it's heavier now then it was before. I thought this was weird.
Laura I agree it is weird I figured others had a change in their cycle also and it wasn't just me.
I can also feel myself ovulating each month, at least thats what I think it is this is the second month and I can feel something in the middle of my cycle near my ovaries. I just assume it's me ovulating.
