I am so excited that AF arrived for the first time in years without Provera! It's a nice flow too, I usually just spot or get brown flow...yucky. I'm starting to think the herbal method may actually work. This month I'll do the ovulation predictor kit & we'll see!!!!
30 days after starting Vitex I spotted, but only on one day. The next month AF came in full force on day 31!

I just wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS. I can only imagine how you are feeling. What brand of vitex did you use? I was actually thinking of taking vitex but since I have been hearing alot of success with the Fertility Blend for Women I thought I give that a try? Could you post your daily intake of the product?
My second cycle on vitex I used ovulation predictor sticks. They all came back negative. I finally started to spot at day 55 & continued to spot for 7 days. I decided this must be AF for this cycle.
I had been planning to try soy, so I took 150 mg of soy isoflavones (GNC brand, non GMO) days 8-12. I still continued to take the same dose of Vitex every day, including during AF. I used a fertility monitor this month. It registered low on days 9-12; high on days 13-24; peak yesterday & today!!!! I could cry! I had given up hope of ever ovulating! Of course it was BD last night & now wait for my temping to confirm ov.
Unbelievable!

OK, I'm bummed!!!!
Fertility Friend gave me a coverline that I had Oed & then took it away the next day. What's that about? I'm really confused.

Bibi, Are you going to start vitex? keep us posted. Please note that it does take some time to start working. They recommend using it for 4 months to judge it's effectiveness for you.

Congratulations on getting AF. I was on vitex from February until May when I finally got a +++++++++ on a hpt. It does take time but for me this was worth it. DH and I were against the clomid option. And when AF ws late in May I really thought she was just playing games yet again, especially since my OB told me I would only get pregnant with fertility drugs.
I stayed regular at 31 days during my vitex months.

I just got back from GNC and will be starting the Vitex in the morning, so I will keep you posted =) It was on sale so I got two big bottles for $11...I thought that was pretty cheap...I'll report back when I feel/see something. =)Bb
