Anyone experienced having AF cramps a few days before spotting or AF comes along?

I have regular periods but they vary each month or rotate in AF symptomes.

One month it just starts no real sypmptomes other than sore boobs and then AF just shows up. The next month I am hungry all the time and nothing fills me up, sore boobs, and then AF cramps a few days before AF starts. Then it goes back to the no real symptomes AF the next month.

Anyone experience anything like this? So odd!!

But the AF cramping days before AF starts bothers me cause it just started over the last year. Wondering if this is normal??

I started getting cramps before AF a couple of years back. I find it annoying as it so like PG symptoms for me, so every month is a case of "Am I? Aren't i?". It's SO frustrating!
For the past couple of months I haven't had sore boobs pre af, but this month they are KILLING me.
It might have something to do with the fact that I got the flu a couple of weeks back and didn't take my met, and I haven't taken it since, so I guess things may be different this month.

I've no idea if the cramps are normal, but it's not something I've worried about. HTH.
