Default AF every two weeks???

Well, as you all know AF is not a regular thing........however, it's been coming lately...........EVERY TWO WEEKS. What is up with that?

Today is day 15 and I just noticed that I'm spotting. I noticed some mild cramping but of course I was hoping for ovulation, not another AF this month............

It seems that the "in between" AF is more spotting than anything but can last five days..........

Anyone with any insight into what is going on?

Been low carbing and I'm taking 2000mg of met daily. This is a relatively new problem. Basically since January and I started to do low carbs on Jan. 4? Any of this related?

Thanks in advance for any ideas...................
