Before I bother my doctor I wanted to ask you ladies if any of you have experienced this problem. I started Provera on the first, stopped on the 10th. AF started on the 12th. It has been VERY heavy with large clots, and I have very bad cramps. Is this normal? I have heard that it is possible to develop anemia due to heavy flow.

When I use Provera (I am just ending AF after taking it now) its always heavy with large clots...however I tend not to get the cramping...I also take Iron pills when I remember and it seems to help as well
