Phoenix Rising ^^^

I had a D&C two weeks ago. I was 11 weeks pregnant but, my baby's heart stopped at almost 9 weeks. I'm wondering if anyone else had a lot of breast pain and leaking afterwards. I had leaking breasts after my second loss but, that was at 16 weeks, so I expected that. I didn't expect it this time.

I bet it's because your breasts got used to the idea of producing milk and are more ready for the next time. This is one of the saddest parts of loss, IMO. [And it also hasn't been very long since your last baby, so they didn't have time to forget, kwim?] You can talk to your doctor about it, but I doubt they would do anything for you unless you have an infection. (((Hugs)))

Sorry about your loss.
Have your doctor check your prolactin levels.
If they are above the normal refernce range they can give you medication to dry up your milk supply.
I was almost 13 weeks along in July when I lost my twins. I am still dealing with leaky boobs but since my prolactin levels are "normal" there's not much I can do.
