I've just read in a magazine that Agnus Cactus can help the symptoms of pcos - anyone know about this?

Also - I have learnt more in the past hour on this site than 3 doctors and several specialist at the hospital have ever told me!! Keep up the great work

Welcome to soul cysters!!

Agnus Cactus is the same thing as vitex. A lot of girls take it and have had a lot of improvements with it. I'm not for sure if it helps with symptoms, but it does help regulate a woman's hormones.
