AHHH! Help before I drive myself insane! TMI possibly

Insanity really is in my future lol! Anyways I started Vitex 3 weeks ago (2 - 500mg pills a day) and now I am a mess. I don't know whether I have an infection or pregnant (not with my luck!) These are my symptoms since Monday.

1. abdominal cramping with occasional sharp pains on either side where ovaries are. Also muscule spasms like little bubbles down there.
2. frequent urination (there isn't any pain, burning, or strong urine smell)
3. heart burn almost every night (i never get this)
4. occasional sharp pains along the sides of my breast
they don't really feel tender though.
5. alot of cm (sometimes yellow tinged) but I don't have an abnormal odor.

I took a pg test yesterday and it was BFN, so i don't know.
I have a dr. appointment monday but waiting is driving me crazy,
and i don't want to set myself up for a big fall. What do you all think, could these be side effects from the vitex, or is aunt flow on the horizon, or is it something else? Opinions greatly appreciated.

Not 100 % sure -- but sounds like ovulation to me. When I first started vitex -- to my surprise I ovulated 3 weeks after. I had not ovulated for 4 months and the vitex was working to regulate hormones.
