Just relocated to this area, looking for a general care dr who's familiar with PCOs and can get me additional tests/referrals, etc if necessary. Any suggestions for anyone in the capital district area?

I'm back! Had lots of problems around 2002, gave up persuing treatment when Drs had wait and see attitude. I now have an endo - yay! On yasmin. Also diagnosed with slight hypothyroid - on low dose synthroid.

I am seen by Dr. Kulbida at McGinniss Women's Medical Care (off Wolf Road in Colonie) - he's the one that dx'd me and set me up with glucophage. His partner (Dr. McGinniss) is also supposed to be very good.
