Hey Ladies, I have a question and hope someone out there may know the answer.I'm on 100 mg/day of Aldactone until I see my new endo on Sept 27th. I am hoping she will up my dose to 200 mg/day. In the meantime I was wondering if it is dangerous to use Aldactone and Saw Palmetto together? The Saw Palmetto did nothing for me on it's own (max dose/standardized) but I wondered if it might help in combination with the Aldactone. I am losing my hair and my skin has broken out terribly. I was on Aldactone for quite some time and decided to stop taking it (big mistake!) and instead tried the Saw Palmetto.Unfortunately it didn't help me as it has helped some of the other ladies online here. I use them both...together...it's the only way I can honestly see a difference. But since my hairdresser says I'm growing new hair on the top of my head, I'd say it works.

Both my Homeopathic Dr and my TCM (who's also an MD) know that I take the two of them together and never mentiond a drug interdiction of any sort.
