 Aldactone vs Saw Palmetto
I took aldactone 200-250mg /day for acne, oily scalp and it works well, but I have the side effect of irregular period. I recently switched to saw palmetto for about 2 month at very high dosage and the acne and oily scalp condition is under control, but still not clear up like aldactone did.
How are your experiences w/ aldactone and saw palmetto? HOw long does it take for saw palmetto to work at its best result? Does the high dosage at the begining speed up the process? thanks. |
